The service

Discovery Dox is a software platform that helps family-law firms and their clients exchange discovery materials. Discovery Dox is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Your relationship with your attorney, and any legal advice, comes from your law firm — not from Discovery Dox.

Text messages

Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Discovery Dox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
